Liberty Utilities is committed to improving our customer experience. We work with J.D. Power to administer a satisfaction survey four times each year. Your feedback helps us make continous improvements that customers will value.
Who Can Take the Survey?
- Residential customers who have received service from Liberty Utilities for three months or longer
- Customers who have not previoulsy completed a J.D. Power survey in 2019
How Can I Take the Survey?
- Customers who have an email address in our system will receive an email inviation with a personal link to the survey
- If you do not have an email address in our system, or you do not receive the email for any reason, you can still particpate by clicking the link below. Your passcode is your 16 digit account number as it appears on your bill, including the dash (e.g. 12345678-91023456)
