As a Learning and Development Coordinator within Liberty Utilities' Talent Development Team, my journey over the past 9 months has been fulfilling. I've had the privilege of acquiring a wealth of knowledge and experience during this time, and it's all thanks to the incredible support and guidance I've received from my team and peers.

What makes this experience truly exceptional is the work environment that Liberty cultivates. Challenges are viewed as opportunities for collective problem-solving, and the company culture is nothing short of amazing. The close-knit atmosphere within the HR department and the interdependence of our teams amplifies the joy of working at Liberty.

One of the standout aspects of Liberty is our unwavering dedication to employee development. The Talent Development Team takes immense pride in offering our employees a plethora of opportunities to embark on their adult learning journeys. Whether it's through our extensive catalog of E-Learning modules on the corporate Learning Management System (MyLearning) or a diverse array of instructor-led training workshops scheduled throughout the year, we ensure our employees have access to the tools and resources they need to thrive.

But we don't stop there. Liberty goes above and beyond to invest in our employees' futures through initiatives like the Achievement Fund program. This program empowers eligible Liberty employees to receive financial support, with up to $4,000 available annually, to pursue further education and career advancement. It's a testament to our commitment to fostering continuous growth and enabling our employees to acquire additional knowledge and certifications in their roles.

And then there's the highlight of our learning and development efforts – Learn @ Work Week (L@WW). This annual event serves as a celebration of our employees' growth and development. It features a wide array of activities, including Micro-Learnings, Workshops, Learning Games, and access to an abundance of learning and development resources.
