Internal Veteran Initiatives

Veterans Hiring Policy

In addition to our initiative to support local veterans organizations, we are also looking for ways to encourage veterans to work at Liberty Utilities. We do this by attending job fairs geared towards veterans. As of June 2019, there are 145 veterans that work in our company across the United States

Employees Called to Active Duty

Liberty developed a policy to keep employee pay and benefits at the current level while they are deployed. We did this so our employees would not experience any hardship in moving to military pay and benefits and to keep their minds at ease knowing their families back home are being taken care of.
