Liberty Utilities offers a discount rate to households that heat with natural gas and in which any family member is currently enrolled in at least one eligible program.
This federally funded program is for low-income households in need of assistance in paying energy bills and who meet income eligibility requirements.
This is a private charitable fund that provides assistance to those customers whose income is above the Fuel Assistance guidelines.>
If you’re ever having trouble paying your bill on time, please let us know right away. Depending on your eligibility, we may be able to offer you a credit extension or special payment agreement.
You may be eligible for “Special Protection” from termination of service. Your natural gas service cannot be shut off if you meet certain eligibility requirements.
