Why Pride Month Matters

Pride Month is more than just parades and rainbow flags; it's a powerful testament to the resilience and courage of LGBTQ+ individuals who have fought for their rights and continue to advocate for equality. It's a time to reflect on the progress made and the work that still needs to be done to ensure that everyone, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity, can live openly and authentically without fear of discrimination.

Liberty's Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

We believe that diversity is our strength. We are committed to creating an environment where all employees can thrive. This means actively promoting policies and practices that support LGBTQ+ employees, including:

2. Employee Resource Groups: Our LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group (ERG), Friends of Liberty, provides a supportive space for LGBTQ+ employees and allies to connect, share experiences, and advocate for positive change within the company.
3. Education Information Sessions: We offer ongoing information sessions and workshops to educate all employees about LGBTQ+ issues, fostering a culture of understanding and acceptance.
